"I'm sitting in a coffee shop and I'm planning to get creative. Full of energy, I want to dig into the white, velvety pages of my pretty drawing book and get wild and passionate in my sketches. Oh what a glorious day, even the birds are dancing foxtrot on the trees....
So good on you....
.... Oh man, I've eaten a lot again today, my belly is pressing against my belt....

....Puh, the corners of the coffee house are covered with cobwebs and dust, Oh man, my drawings are shabby too, my line is so scribbly and uncertain....

....Mmmmh, I can't think of anything, man my fingernails look really brittle, stupid if someone sees that?....
....So come on now, I want to start,....
....I can't think of anything....
....Oh God, can't I get this right either?....

....I never get anything done anyway, and besides, I could always do the dishes at home first and the tax return........What a stupid idea to draw, there are more important things in life and I shouldn't make such a fuss and finally grow up and become sensible....

Don't we all know this?
Self-doubt and hurdles at the moment when we want to think and act creatively.
On my educational path through the study of book illustration in Münster, through certified further training as a coach and assistant, I was guided by the question:
How can we use our very own creativity for the benefit of all?
The key for me is self-care. By giving ourselves the space and attention, our creativity grows.
We also become more balanced and satisfied.
When we are more content, we can also be at peace with others.
This has become my life's theme:I practise art and self-care every day. It is like breathing.
I would also like to encourage you to give yourself the creative space you need.

Wir spielen uns tagtäglich in unsere eigene Fürsorge und drücken durch das Ausleben unserer Träume unseren Künstler aus.

The „Vein of Gold“ von Julia Cameron ist ein Übungsbuch, um sich
anhand von Spielen und vorhandenen Ressourcen, in sich selbst zu verlieben und
seiner ureigenen Bestimmung zu folgen. Sich mit seiner inneren Goldader verbinden und eine unendliche Fülle von Ressourcen anzapfen, um sich auf seine ureigene Weise auszudrücken.
Durch das Königreich der Geschichte, des Sehens, des Klanges, der Haltung, der Beziehung,
der Spiritualität und der Möglichkeiten erobern wir uns unsere Geschichten zurück.
Es sind unterstützende und potenzielle Geschichten über uns selbst.
Zudem ist das tägliche Gehen unser ständiger Begleiter,
sowie die Morgenseiten und der Künstlertreff.
